I have recommended Orthofeet in the past for people who suffer from Charcot feet like me. For over 8 years, I have been buying your shoes, including sneakers, casual, and dress shoes. However, I have to let you know that despite the fact that I have been buying Orthofeet shoes for years, I will no longer be patronizing your company due to poor, abysmal customer service.

The eyelit fell off the Sorento shoes after two months of use. I looked to buy a new pair and saw numerous reviews where this has happened to many people, some with shoes that were new. I called customer service, and Christine asked me to send a picture. She noted how new the shoes looked and saw the broken piece. She said she would show it to management and thought they would do something. I then received notice that Orthofeet would be doing nothing. As a member of many diabetic and Charcot foot support groups, in the past, I always recommended Orthofeet. When my podiatric surgeon recommended Prophet and Dr. Comfort, I always recommended your shoes.

While I have recommended your product to many groups, I will not be doing so anymore. I will let them know about the negative experience I had with Orthofeet. Instead of doing something and making a friend for a day, you made an enemy for life.

I wanted to bring this to your attention.

Fix my concern easy no questions asked

So on my feet wore out before the 60 day warranty ended they immediately sent me a label for returning. Theyre sending me a new pair.

Very easy company to deal with. I highly recommend them shoes are very comfortable.

Received the wrong item

My first call also was asked for dark gray shoelaces as they broke on my sneakers. I tried buying on Amazon and couldn’t get the same size or color.

First representative said she would send new ones. I received the Velcro tabs instead of the shoelaces the second representative said you would send me shoelaces if you had them and told me I could buy new sneakers Very dissatisfied.

I was supposed to get shoelaces which had broken and couldnt find on Amazon. I was sent Velcro tabs, which I did not need.

Representative was rude and said I would get the shoelaces if they have them strange that a sneaker company wouldnt have shoelaces. She told me I could buy a new pair of sneakers

Disapointed in innersoles, not aware they were made of something that would not tolerate any heat near it

I had purchased a pair of your shoes a few months ago, and I set them near a heater vent, and was very surprised when I went back a while later, and the innersoles had gotten too warm and were melting and deformed. I called about getting a replacement innersole.

but was told it would be $49,99 to replace. Not sure if I want to pay that much to replace them...

Purchased on May 22 224 from Amazon. Order # 113-013****-673****.

I love these boots, as I had ankle fusion surgery.

The zipper broke on these and want another pair. They offer so much support.

Don't shop here. My package was stolen and they refused to help.

All they said was to file a claim with the post office (which I'm not eligible for, by the way), and go from there. No offer to ship another pair of shoes, no offer a refund, just, "We're not responsible for stolen packages." I'm out over $100 now because of this.

Need to let people know about the soles of there shoes

The soles were to slippery. No traction.

If I would've known that I wouldn't have bought them.

You need to make it easier to put information on the web site. The web site wouldn't except my information so I had to call .

I ordered boots on Dec 4, 2024. Policy said 7-10 days for shipping. I still have not received my order. I’ve sent several emails and very vague answers. With no results. They have sent me tracking

Still have not received ordered that is paid in full. This company has done nothing about my emails.

Calling them was not helpful. Orthofit website said they were made in USA. But my tracking info was in Chinese. I dont know what else I can do!

My order was made on Dec 4, 2024. Im calling on Monday again.

Praying I get someone that can find my order this time. Thank you

Im a medic I work long hours I dont order on line I just moved I was alerted by two reputable companies before they shipped out my expensive items that the address couldnt be verified so one merchant couldnt cancelled the order after not reaching me since I work 24 hour shifts no phone access , one merchant called me, ortho feet said they cant bother to possibly verify a address they send out a conspicuous email asking you to download a shop app that takes you to a google so I could not even see my tracking until several days i emailed but attitude was unprofessional telling me to go to the address and ask the occupants for my 240 $ package , they showed no empathy no concern no consideration for my lost two shipments but they didnt have a problem to take my money they are not nice Ive never in my life experience this much lack of effort
