These are suppose to be comfortable and supportive. The are neither.

I was looking on the web site for some slip resistant boots for work and these boots pop up on the site. When I ordered the shoes I thought they were slip resistant shortly after I ordered them I found out that they were not slip resistant shoes. I want a refund.

I reported outsole severe wear at 3 months; Nike and New Balance last me 2 or more years.

At this time, it has been determined that the shoes are showing normal wear and tear based on the information you provided. The lifetime expectancy of footwear depends on many factors including activity level, body weight, occupation, etc., and can vary from several months to more than a year.

Apparently, 3 months longevity of their shoe is apparently 'good enough.'

My brother who received gift card did not follow up e emails. My call re his order got info needed. He is now enjoying his new shoes.

I have recommended Orthofeet in the past for people who suffer from Charcot feet like me. For over 8 years, I have been buying your shoes, including sneakers, casual, and dress shoes. However, I have to let you know that despite the fact that I have been buying Orthofeet shoes for years, I will no longer be patronizing your company due to poor, abysmal customer service.

The eyelit fell off the Sorento shoes after two months of use. I looked to buy a new pair and saw numerous reviews where this has happened to many people, some with shoes that were new. I called customer service, and Christine asked me to send a picture. She noted how new the shoes looked and saw the broken piece. She said she would show it to management and thought they would do something. I then received notice that Orthofeet would be doing nothing. As a member of many diabetic and Charcot foot support groups, in the past, I always recommended Orthofeet. When my podiatric surgeon recommended Prophet and Dr. Comfort, I always recommended your shoes.

While I have recommended your product to many groups, I will not be doing so anymore. I will let them know about the negative experience I had with Orthofeet. Instead of doing something and making a friend for a day, you made an enemy for life.

I ordered a pair of men's size 15 tennis shoes. Never got a confirmation number, so how can I track these shoes?

The opening on the shoe is too small. Cannot get my foot in it.
